Looks promising. But I wonder, are all the ingredients mentioned above all natural? I mean, I have been burned before when I unwittingly used a beauty product with some chemical ingredients. That's why since then, I'm only using an anti wrinkle cream that has all natural ingredients to make sure that its safe for my sensitive skin.

Try changing your diet. I know that it will be the most difficult thing you will ever do but it does help. I also have had IPL treatment and it has worked very well so long I keep away of the food that triggers my rosacea. There are different foods, like spicy food, really hot drinks, acohol, also enviroment concerns like sun (need to avoid, or cover with hats, and sun blocks), and emotional (I get all red when stressed). You need to find your triggers. Have a look at this page it explains you about how diet affects Rosacea, it also tells you of different vitamin supplements when you can't or don't want to change your diet. Hope it helps.

I had IPL rosacea treatment, which worked, but after about 9 months, the rosacea starts to come back again. I am looking for ways to slow down the re-appearance of rosacea.
